Request a Consignor Account
To get started, please send us your full name, phone number, email address and mailing address as well as a complete list of the desginers and brands you intend to sell. Contact Us
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will email you login information for your ResellXL consignor account. You can then begin submitting and listing your items for sale.
Quality Is Key
ResellXL has built a strong base of loyal, repeat customers, and maintaining their trust is extremely important to us. All items submitted for sale must be:
- Clean and in excellent condition
- Immediately ready to wear
- Accurately represented and described
- Authentic, with authentication provided when necessary
Items that do not meet these standards may be rejected or removed from sale.
Authenticity Is Everyone’s Responsibility
ResellXL has a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit, fake, replica, or otherwise non-authentic merchandise. By submitting an item for sale, you are representing that the item is authentic and legally eligible for resale.
If an item submitted or sold through ResellXL is determined to be counterfeit, fake, or non-authentic, the consignor may forfeit any monies otherwise due from their sales, in addition to having their consignor account suspended or terminated.
Items Must Be Ready to Wear
We only accept clean, immediately wearable merchandise. Please carefully inspect every item before submitting it, including its condition, cleanliness, functionality, and overall wearability.
If an item is sold and the purchaser determines that it is materially different from its description, not clean, damaged, or otherwise not reasonably ready to wear, the consignor may forfeit monies otherwise due from their sales.
By requesting a ResellXL consignor account and submitting merchandise for sale, you acknowledge and agree to follow these quality, authenticity and shipping requirements.
Shipping Quickly
Buyers want thier items to arrive in a timely manner. As a consignor, we need to show our customers tracking information within 24 hours of receipt of the shipping label. They autoamaticlaly recieve that notification when USPS receives the package. Please notify us of any exceptions to this policy as they occur so we can notify the customer and offer them the option of a refund if they are not able to receive the item in a timely manner.
